I requested a withdrawal of £30.01 on the 22 September 2012 and received an email stating that the request will be processed within 4 days. I contacted support 8 days later on the 1st October asking about my funds.
Gerard at support informed me that the request is being validated and will be in my account the next day. I contacted support again on the 7th October (15 days later) stating that my funds have still not been paid into my Moneybookers account.
The answer this time was – “I will try to find out from the financial team”
My question is that if they cannot pay £30 (thirty pounds) how can anyone made deposits of 100's (hundreds) or even thousands of pounds. All I want is my money and would never deal with Casino770 again. I have nothing positive to say about this company. Should anyone wish to see I have transcripts of all my conversations with them.
