Withdrawals over delayed

I'm waiting for some withdrawals with the only way allowed - bank transfer ( 2 of 2000 euros since this is their limit) from 01/01/2022 and 02/01/2022. My account is fully verified. Although in their confirmation email for the withdrawals stated that the processing time is 2 business days - in their chat they said that it is 7 businees in accordance to their TCs. Anyway now we are in 9 business days and 13 in total and still no news . As they said they have some delays in their financial departement and also that they have limited information. I 'm worried since the whole atiitude gives me reasons to believe that they don't want to pay my winnings.
