Not paying my 1800 EUR

Hello AskGamblers and Wir-Wetten teams.

I registered account 28 December 2022 in Wir-Wetten casino. Uploaded my passport and utility bill during registration process and my account was verified before I even made my deposit.

Made deposit 200 EUR using Skrill, received same amount 200 EUR bonus. My total balance was 400 EUR with wagering (playthrough) requirements about 10 000 EUR. I played slots and won 1600 EUR with a first spin. I continued to play slots and after about an hour my account has been blocked.

I received email

"Dear customer

We would like to inform you that your account has been closed due to an extended due diligence process. Please provide us with a proof of payment stating, that the Skrill account is also registered in your name.

Please note that your account remains closed until having received the proof.

Beste Grüsse

Ihr wirwetten.com Team"


I uploaded proof of payment. They asked another proof "proof where you have the balance on the Skrill account from?"

I have uploaded my Skrill account transaction history.

So casino has many many many other questions , I have answered all the questions and provided all proof that Wir-Wetten casino requested , I feel that this investigation process could take forever long and Wir-Wetten casino does not give any time limits.

Wir-Wetten casino communicated with me until 16 January 2023 and after this date Wir-Wetten casino ignores my emails (i wrote every day) and after six emails they answered "Once we have come to a decision in our investigation, you will be informed about the outcome.".

My casino balance approximately 1800 EUR is under bonus policy and it expires after 30(thirty) days on 27 or 28 January 2023 which is very soon.

Wir-Wetten Casino intentionally delays investigation and ignores emails.

I can provide my emails and Wir-Wetten replies if this is necessary.

AskGamblers complaint team please help me.

Delaying Payment of $5000
Hi Team,
I have been a user and member of ASKGAMBLERS for years now and I always play on sites that are recommended by AG and has a good rating. So similarly when I got recommended with Wir Wetten, I saw the ratings of 8+ and the reviews and decided to give it a try. I have been playing in the site for months now and did not face any issue whatso ever until now. Few days back I won big and decided to cash out 5000$ of my winnings. And since I deposited the money from my ecopayz wallet I decided to cash out to the e wallet. And raised the request and went back to my days happy with my winnings. After a day or 2 passed i noticed that wir wetten is not upholding their withdrawal timings of 0-1hrs for e wallets and pending time of 0-3 hrs as shown in ASKGAMBLERS portal.

The support came back to my query saying that they are facing technical Issues with Ecopayz wallet and they are looking into it. So after waiting a while and seeing that the withdrawal is not being processed, i cancelled my withdrawal request to Ecopayz and raised a new withdrawal to my Skrill. Hoping atleast now Wir wetten would be able to process the payouts fastly. But that was not the case. When i checked with support on this, this is what they replied.

"Hello

We have informed you that we are experiencing some technical issues with Skrill and EcoPayz payments. Our technical team will fix this problem first hand tomorrow morning. Please be patient until then. Thank you for your understand."

Till this i was only informed that they are facing issues in Ecopayz and not skrill. So thinking that they would keep their word i waited patiently, But after 2 days on checking with the team, the team came back saying that the risk team wanted proof of ownership of my wallet, So i shared the same with them thinking atleast now the withdrawal would be processed.

I have used AG portal a lot of time to decide on casinos to play with and so far i have not experienced issues like this until now. I really feel the rating and with withdrawal timings that is given by AG is not upheld to its standards. I have tried my best to get the case resolved by the casino itself but so far they have not done anything.

All I can request is ASKGAMBLERS to help a long time member in getting his winnings. This has been by far my worst experience in a casino I saw in AG till now. I am attaching all the screenshot of the mails sent to the support and replies recieved as well as the payout request. I have highlights of my stream and videos of the winnings which I won fairly if needed to be shared.
