So three days ago I deposited money to my account, they have still not appeared inn my wallet. Every time I ask they say: We are working on it.

This should be fixed inn one day, the amount has left my bank, and should be inn theirs.

Also I have not received any daily and weekly xp, reekback for three days as well. Anyone have same problems?

We wish to inform you that transactions made via credit cards may experience a delay if initiated over the weekend.
Unfortunately, some payment providers only process transactions on business days. Our colleagues in the Financial Department are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. However, we kindly request your patience as we need a bit more time.

Despite the fact that the deposit amount isn't on your account yet, the Bronze Wheel of Winz was credited to cheer your waiting up.

Regarding our WinzUP promotion, Weekly Cashback was credited to your account on 4th March 2024 at 00:14 UTC.

According to the Terms and Conditions (https­://­win­z.i­o/w­inzup), Daily Rakeback is calculated according to this formula: Your wagers x (100% - Game RTP %) x Daily Rakeback percentage.

For 1st March, rakeback was credited on 2nd March, 07:25 UTC.

When the amount of rakeback is less than 0.10 USD, it can't be claimed, just be added to the next Daily Rakeback amount, that is why it wasn't possible to claim it on 3rd March.

On 3rd March there were no bets, that is why only Weekly Cashback has been credited.
