Winnings canceled and initial deposit still not returned after more than a month
As many customers on this website, I had a misfortune to bet on the 1xbet Casino. I opened my account in August last year. I was lucky to win bets and earned more than 1000 eur on my account. Upon the request to pay out part of the won cash, 1xbet started their famous "KYC" process. After submitting tons of ridiculous requests of document photos, selfies and etc, they decided to cancel my winnings as fraudulent! I swallowed that and on the 2nd of January decided to get back my initial deposit of 200 eur. As you might imagine, I still have not received it, even though it was approved on the 10th of January and my 1xbet account was set to zero. But I have never received the funds on my personal account. 1xbet started requesting all documents all over again. One month passed, I still do not have my funds back. So, 1xbet canceled my winnings and stole my initial deposit on top of it... Incredible that this company is still allowed to operate!

We have checked all the details of your transactions into your account. Everything is correct, according to the Rules the deposit must be returned to you. So you made the withdrawal request of deposit on 2nd January 2018. As we can see this request was approved and all funds were paid to you. We kindly ask you to confirm this detail

However, you focus on a wrong point. I wish to get back my initial deposit. As I have stated, it has never reached my account, although confirmed by your side on the 10th of January 2018.
I can add a novel long exchange of communications. I have not counted, but I think I have already exchange at least 30 e-mails with your "great" support on this subject.
Can we do it faster via askgamblers and to the point?
