All my withdrawals were rejected


I made my first 2000€ deposits to this casino 13.5 and have been trying to get first withdrawal out since that. Casino sent after withdrawal mail telling Cash Out Succesfull but money is always sent back to game account.
They never nofify customer that money is not coming but still on casino.
They are now ”working on this case” but I am worried this is only playing time before closing casino.
They take deposits all the time no matter withdrawal is not possible. I have been waiting my 3900€ since Saturday from this ”Instant Withdrawal Casino”.

Actually I used that old Osuuspankki bank account 2 months ago and two S-pankki bank accounts after that on last Friday and Sunday.
I will tell when case is solved and I am able to make withdrawal.

A customer used two bank accounts to deposit into our casino. One of the accounts that were used - he closed.
At the moment, the system is trying to make a payment to this account. We have already contacted Trustly on this issue, and our technicians are working with the Trustly team to resolve the issue.
The solution should not take more than 1-2 days, because the error has already been found and is being quickly eliminated. We apologize for the inconvenience
