Stalling on a 1,600 CAD payment

hello, on march 22th i won 1,600 CAD with winkslots casino, my withdrawal reference number is 39049997. since the 22th i sent the casino over 10 emails, in the first one the person told me that my card had to be removed due to my bank's policy and that i could not use it for a withdrawal, even tho i called my bank and they told me that this wasn't true, on march 25th i gave them every details to be able to receive a wire transfer, they replied to me on monday april 1st saying that they needed 5 days to update the details into my account. now we're on april 8th nobody is answering to my emails, and i have a big feeling im getting scammed, they delays are not respected and nobody is replying to me, that 1600cad i won is mine and i need help getting it cause this is bringing me a whole lot of trouble. thank you for your reply! i have screenshots of everything that i cannot add on here.
