Account is fully verified and wild tokyo casino is delaying my withdrawal. Amount owed $1200. I asked for a withdrawal by Interac etransfer and the funds get returned to my casino account without an email explanation as to why. I was told my the chat support to just request the withdrawal again to see if it works. This is unacceptable.

I'm told one of my withdrawals has been processed. One other problem is that you only allow a withdrawal of $400/per day and up $1200 per week. Last week I had $1200 worth of withdrawals. With your system being down (not my fault) are you going to allow me to withdrawal 2,400 this week?

This is not manual cancellation, that’s why you didn’t receive any notification from Financial Department.
