888 Casino - Where's my money?

I recently won a bit of cash on here. I tried to withdraw but found out I need to verify my Id. I sent all documents yesterday and my withdrawal was still showing up on the site. I've checked my withdrawal status today and there's no history of a withdrawal! I wanna know where my money is and also would like to say your customer service is diabolical. Just give me my cash so I can close this account with the worst company I've ever come across
