I am submitting a complaint regarding Wettson Casino.

I deposited €50 and won €550 playing with real money only. I did not claim or use any bonus at any time.

When I requested a withdrawal, my winnings were confiscated and my withdrawal was cancelled. The casino cited a general Terms & Conditions clause (12.10), listing multiple possible violations such as VPN usage, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, and others — without specifying which exact rule I allegedly violated.

I want to clearly state:
- I did not use any bonus
- I did not use VPN or any IP masking tools
- I was physically in Latvia during a vacation, which explains any location change
- I did not use any fraudulent methods, software, or multiple accounts
- I provided real and valid documents

The casino has not provided any specific evidence or explanation, only vague accusations based on “reasonable suspicion”.

I believe this is an unfair confiscation of my legitimate winnings.

I kindly request:
1. A clear explanation of the exact violation
2. Evidence supporting their claim
3. Full payment of my €550 winnings

I am willing to cooperate and provide any additional information if required.

Thank you for your response.

I would like to point out that the casino has still not provided any specific explanation or evidence of the alleged violation.

They are only repeating a general Terms & Conditions clause listing multiple possible violations, without clearly stating which one I allegedly breached.

I would also like to confirm again:
- I did not use any bonus
- I did not use any VPN or IP masking tools
- I did not engage in any fraudulent or suspicious activity
- I used my real identity and valid documents
- I was physically in Latvia during my activity

Additionally, I can no longer access my game history or deposit history, which raises concerns about transparency.

At this point, the casino is making serious accusations without any proof.

I kindly ask the casino to clearly state the exact violation and provide concrete evidence. Otherwise, this confiscation of €550 is unjustified.
