Missing jackpot win westace casino

One week ago, I won three rewards on the Wheel/Fortune feature at WestAce Casino. Two smaller rewards were credited to my account immediately, but the jackpot reward of approximately 4000 PLN was never added to my balance.
I contacted customer support immediately after the issue. For more than one week, support has been responding every day that the case is “under verification”, but they cannot provide any estimated resolution time.
My account is fully verified (KYC completed). The issue concerns only the jackpot reward, while the other rewards from the same event were credited successfully.
I am requesting a full investigation of the event logs and the crediting of my unpaid jackpot win.
I can provide screenshots of support conversations confirming that the matter is under verification.
