Way too long to process/accept account verification documents
I sent the required documents to the correct email address on 2/1/2017 and made a withdrawal request shortly thereafter. About a week later, I logged in to discover that my withdrawal requests had been declined. I have emailed the same address I sent the documents to asking to confirm that they received the documents and received no response. I spoke to a customer service agent via Live Chat, and learned that my documents had not yet been verified. They said that it can take up to 10 business days and to "check back next week". So I checked again today, the 12th business day, and was informed that they still have not been verified. I asked for confirmation that they had at least been received and was told that it was a different department so there was no way to check but if there was anything missing, they'd notify me by email. How would they know to email me if they never received them in the 1st place?? It doesn't make sense.
Regardless, I have played at dozens of online casinos and never had to wait more than a couple days to have my documents verified. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't even imaging the troubles I'll run into trying to get paid. Is there someone that can help get my account verification documents verified, so I can move on to the next step and make my withdrawals?
