I'm not happy with the withdrawal process with 888 casino! I have never had this trouble with any other online casino. I won $1732 on Wednesday and they told me I had to wait until my funds cleared (which I never had in another casino) they didn't clear until Thursday morning which I did a withdrawal 8am Thursday. I was told at most it wouldn't be more than 48 hrs to process and send to my bank. Which would mean by 8am Saturday morning it should be on it's way to my bank. After having me already jump through hoops to verify my account which was all completed by Friday morning, it is now Saturday after 8am and it says it's still processing. I got an email today stating that it's still within 48 hours until the end of the day(which is false 48hrs is 48 hrs) and that it may not go to my bank until Monday and could be up to four days from there because they don't "often" process payments on weekends. They never said anything about 48 business hours. I have won money at other online casinos on Friday and the funds were in my account by Monday morning. This is unacceptable. My funds should have already been sent to my bank, I feel like my money is being held. I would appreciate a speedy resolution to this as I already had the deposits debited from my bank without delay it would be only fair that I receive my withdrawal without further delay.

I did finally receive my withdrawal on Tuesday. It was 5 days not the 48 hrs I was originally told. I am happy I got my my funds and would consider this complaint resolved, but am not happy with the process I had to go through to get my funds and will no longer use this site.
