I have been waking for my withdrawal for nearly 5 days disputed being told that it only takes 4. Furthermore in total I’ve been waiting on hold to your support line for around 1 hour. I’ve also left messages and no response.
It seems clear that you’re not interesting in reimburseing your customers. As you’re still willing to let me cancel my withdrawal 2 days after the payment is due to clear.
