Hello netbet.

I have been waking for my withdrawal for nearly 5 days disputed being told that it only takes 4. Furthermore in total I’ve been waiting on hold to your support line for around 1 hour. I’ve also left messages and no response.

It seems clear that you’re not interesting in reimburseing your customers. As you’re still willing to let me cancel my withdrawal 2 days after the payment is due to clear.

Look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.

Hello Joseph,

I've just checked your case and I see you've only sent the last document needed to validate your withdrawal on 27.07, this is why your withdrawal hadn't been validated yet.

I see you've been recrediting your withdrawal various times and requested a new withdrawal on 30.07. Please note at each withdrawal request, said withdrawal will have to be verified and it can take up to 48 hours to be validated.
