Delaying $100 payment for no reason

By far the WORST withdrawal process I have experienced with online gambling. I used a $9 bonus and won $100. 4/19/19 I requested the withdrawal. It is now 5/1/19 and the withdrawal is STILL has not been reviewed for approval. 1st I had to forfeit the $9 bonus. 2nd I had to deposit $20. and 3rd I had to pay an additional $20 fee still to have my winnings put back into the SAME ACCOUNT that I used to make the deposit. Every Tuesdays & Friday the site reviews withdrawals, and every Tuesday & Friday I'll check and ask why my withdrawal is still not approved, and I'm given an excuse each time. Mind you, I already have completed ALL identity verification requirements, yet the company still ignores my withdrawal. THE WORST I TELL YOU --- Attached is today's screenshot showing that the $100 is STILL with a status of "pending"
