Hi, I 've done a withdraw of 800 euros by bank transfer the 10/02/2020 validate by financial department the same day, but not still on my account. I have already cash out 3 times on this casino, and money arrived 2 days after validation.
And for this one, 5 business days and still nothing on my account.
I need help please.
