I contacted live support multiple times, and each agent has given me different answers. One agent told me my account is still not verified and is awaiting approval, while another claimed it was verified today. Additionally, I have received emails from Viggoslots stating my account was verified on 20/10, and yet another email said it was verified on 22/10.
This inconsistency is extremely frustrating, and it feels like no one has a clear understanding of my situation. I kindly request that this issue be escalated to a supervisor or someone from the relevant team who can investigate this thoroughly and provide an accurate update on the status of my account and withdrawal.
