I made a deposit of 200Sek took the bonus offer that was 100% played by the rules didnt play the games that was restricted from playing on cause I knew the risk of losing it, I then won by playing games that was allowed and made a withdrawal of 1800Sek. The days went I then made another deposit while my withdrawal was still ongoing I wanted to take another bonus but as I had a withdrawal waiting they couldnt add the bonus so I then had 300Sek raw cash no bonus attached only my withdrawal as said. I then went on playing games that I felt like. in this case Koi princess and Lost relics .. Keep in mind this time I had no bonus active so I wasnt restricted to play by the bonus rules it was a raw deposit since the bonus couldnt be activated... But now they confiscated my winnings from the deposit before those 300 that had a bonus attached because I played koi princess and lost relics. with my raw depoist after. and I got 200Sek back to my casino account.

The 1600Sek Did indeed return to my Casino account. And I have now made a withdrawal and waiting for approval so for now everything is all good again. Thank you for fixing it and sure everyone can make mistakes.
