Stalling withdrawals for months
Hello,
I have been trying to withdraw my money for 2 months. I have had cancellation after cancellation. I would like to share my story.
Initially, i have setup my account, deposited money. Played, withdrew and all seemed fine. (However, i withdrew $600 dollars and only received $500 and the casino tell me my bank took the rest. I have spoken to the bank and they laughed at such issues. They also laughed at me for gambling online. Besides the point).
Since i got money into my commonwealth account, i thought it safe. I continued to play.
I have since amassed 20K in winnings. I have been trying to withdraw. Here are the issues they have told me about
1) No longer able to pay commonwealth bank accounts.
- I subsequently created a westpac account at their advice and it took 2 weeks to verify the account.
2) Once verified i was told all good and my withdrawal would be processed. Since then, i have received cancellation with emails stating they are unable to pay Australian bank accounts Anymore. Their suggestion is to use an alternate method of withdrawal such as coinspaid.
3) I setup a coinspaid account - i have attempted a withdrawal. The withdrawal sate there for 8 days. It got cancelled with no notification of cancellation and no reason - i asked Live Support why - they responded 23 minutes later saying i need to email SUPPORT@HD.VIGGOSLOTS.COM - i did. No response
4) I am now being told to use the following alternate options - Please Re-create the withdraw using an alternative method as Ecopayz, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard. - None of these are available to me in withdrawal.
Attached below are some samples emails i am getting from Viggo. Which have zero personal content and are generic in their response at best.

We kindly ask you to use an alternative bank account or method.

Note - These are just 3 of the never ending responses i continue to get from Viggo.
I have received absolutely no responses about my cancelled COINSPAID requests.

Unfortunately your withdrawal has been canceled due restriction of vpay payment method outside Europe.
Please Re-create the withdraw using an alternative method as Ecopayz, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard.
To use other withdrawal methods you need to make a small deposit with minimum 10$ and you will be able to withdraw with that method.
