Hello!
During the month of March, Viggoslots have left me unpaid of 5810 euros. I made my first withdrawal request on 09.03.21 and my last one on 22.03.21 - all of those were processed but only 2 transactions came through which have been conducted from this statement. Sent support a letter also but the answer I got from them was :
"Thank you for your mail.
We can see on your player account that your withdraws are getting paid one after the other. Do not forget that the casino has the right to divide the amount due to our players.
Should you have any further concerns, questions, or comments, don’t hesitate to contact our 24/7 customer service." - that was on 25.03.21.
As they state in their ToS, it takes maximum 5 days for players to get their money after getting approval - I waited for a month but nothing ever came, getting bit anxious...
