Hi,
I made a withdrawal of NOK 800 with coinspaid (BTC). I received a confirmation from viggo on 16/08 by email that the withdrawal had been processed and sent. As this is crypto, the amount should arrive in my wallet minutes later. This has not happened. I then asked chat to get a transfer confirmation from them, they could not deliver that to me. Something that I, as a player, am entitled to. I then sent an email to cashier@hd.viggoslots.com and support@hd.viggoslot.com but no reply.
I would like some help with this matter.
