Hi,

On date 2023-10-20 in the morning I had withdraw in waiting around 2k and later that day I decided to cancel it so I could play with 500 and the rest 1500 again withdraw it.

So after I entered the amount, the address, and currency I clicked the confirm withdrawal, and then instantly the money are gone from the the account and in history transactions says error. After that I immediately reached the support and they said they will solve it quickly, and till this day nothing happened. Even when I was asking about it, they gave me the same answer that they are working on it. It was always the same, but still I did not receive answer and thats why im posting this here.

Also my username is dastmkd in case you want to check.
