Missing a withdrawal, they claimed to have processed by 25.11 2021. Of 4500NOK ; just these funds never reached my bank account. And I have uploaded proof for this for documents of bank statements by email and to support department. Have reached out to them numerous times to ask whatever went wrong, last 2 months. With the response for them leaving a note to financial department to speed up process for my issue. I never got any email from Viggoslots of any departments after this incident.
I have my bank statements and chat screenshots. Withdrawal ID, if be needed for investigation.
I would appreciate for help.

As a matter of fact - for me personally, it would not hurt and would have bought you even more time if the "team"( not support department ) involved in investigation would have left me an email of progress or status of the issue some time. Just to indicate that something is or will be happening sooner rather than later/never. Just an advice that I think would be welcomed by most of casino ukers.
