Hi,
I hope you can assist in try to speed up the process of my withdrawl payment.
On the 6.03.21 I received 3 emails for 3 different withdrawls that have been approved for withdrawl by Viggo Slots, Based on a wager free bonus
1. 500Euro transaction ID 13185917
2. 950Euro transaction ID 13251194
3. 3.000Euro transaction ID 13226084
I checked by bank statement today and I received
1. 5Euro
2. 9,5Euro
3. 30Euro
I honestly believe this is a mistake as it seems someone forgot to add in the 00's but the process takes so long to get it resolved - so I hope you can assist in speeding this up.
I have attached all files of approvals, transactions and bank overview

HI,
A huge thanks to Viggo slots for the swift turnaround of this complaint. It was resolved within 24hrs of finding out it was incorrect.
One thing though - you need to be more communicative - let your users know when things are being done, I had no idea and no follow up email to say "apologies we have now resolved the issue and sent the correct amount"
