I made a withdraw request for $500 via bank transfer (the only option available). It was declined. They said that they cannot make transfers to my bank. Why? I don't see why my bank would not accept a transfer from anyone.
I feel that this should be stipulated before any deposits can be made, because basically what they are saying is you can deposit all you like but you will never get any money back.
I would like my $500 paid out, or a refund of all the deposits I made.

I would now like to be paid the $100 from my first withdrawal attempt back in May when I was told that it didn't meet the minimum withdrawal amount of $500. This is clearly all a joke as I have been paid these tiny amounts of $25 & $23.88, so Viggoslots could've quite easily paid me that $100.
Why is the minimum set at $500? It's ridiculous!
