Funds supposedly processed and wired but 8 days later still not received
On 15th of October 2020, I received a win of $1,300 that I chose to withdraw I rejected of the withdrawal due to my bank being not one of those listed as a bank Viggo slots approved to withdraw to, this was done via email on the same day the 15th of October, and I return email had been sent to them with alternate bank account details with a bank that they did in fact approve... And same day 15th of October 2020 I received a confirmation message of my phone successfully transferred via wire transfer to my bank transfer ID number 1019 7298, at 10:45 p.m.
Over there highly impressed with the response time in the service with his all being done in the the same day however, on the 22nd of October, after not seeing any money in my account, contacted viggoslots via live chat support, which weren't able to hep me any further than to provide me with an email ink to banking support, I emailed support on the 22nd Oct, with currently no response. It has now been 8 days since I recieved my confirmation out that the funds were transferred and I cannot get a response via email support or a valid answer via the chat support as to why this may have accoured.. Moto concerned that their customer support is only really good until you want to withdraw your funds.. Let's hope I'm wrong
