Does not follow my wishes
One year ago I requested that my account be permanently closed at Viggoslots. I was surprised when three days ago I received a physical letter in my mailbox with information about the campaign. When I then went to Viggoslots' site, it turned out that my account was open. They sent an email on 26 July where I note that I find it sad and unfortunate that they are pestering customers who have previously closed their account. I asked in an email that they should close my account permanently, as well as all my information to be deleted, and Viggoslots is not allowed to contact me via physical post, email, telephone or SMS. After two days I have not received a reply. I then contacted live support where I explained again everything I want. The first thing they then answer is: "Don't you want our amazing offers?" I became furious and asked her to read what I wrote again, whereupon she then writes that I have not sent them an email about this. Yeah, I've done it twice. I took a screenshot of the email and showed live support. Then she wrote that the right department will get in touch. Then I finally get an email, but it only says: "We confirm that you want to unsubscribe from our email". What does Viggoslots not understand? I want to unsubscribe from all channels, sms, e-mail, and physical mail, and I want my account closed permanently, as I will never use Viggoslots. They do everything they can to ensure that the account is not closed. It is objectionable how bad the service is here, compared to other casino sites.
