I made several deposits at Viggoslots on 8/30. All payments have been debited from my bank account (see attachment).
However, a deposit of 25 euros is missing in my Viggoslots game account, this payment has not yet been credited to me. For 20 days I have heard from Viggoslots that the case is being investigated but absolutely nothing is happening. When I asked again today, I was once again informed that the responsible team was in contact with my bank to credit the transaction to me. I've been hearing this for 20 days and nothing has happened.

We got the confirmation from the relevant department that money has been successfully processed on 03/10. I request you to check and confirm.
If you haven't received the money then please send us the bank statement in PDF format from deposited date to till date so that we can forward it to our relevant department for the further investigation.
