Delaying Withdrawals with no reason
I deposited 10 euro with my Mastercard and activated the 500% bonus which was sent to me via Email.
I won and I wagered my Bonus.
I requested a withdrawal via Coinspaid ( as there is just this option or Wire Transfer) at 00h23 last Sunday and after 24h they requested Documents, which I sent and I complied with all their requests.
Today its been more than 48h since my account was fully verified by them and they said my withdrawals were transferred to the financial Team.
Again everytime they say we notified the team again about your request and again a load of nonsense.
The customer support is way below average, I always wait a minimum of 35min to get to chat with an agent, all agents have a hard time expressing and explaining in English.
They said last time in the chat that there is an issue with my withdrawals.
I repeatedly ask what the issue exactly what the problem just explain what this thing is that stops you from processing my withdrawal, they say again you will receive an email from the department or they are working on it right now... etc
Today morning I was told I will receive my winnings shortly and then this afternoon they say there is an issue and that I will get an Email in the next few days. Heeee ??
Like is this a joke or am I a joke to them ???
In their Terms and Conditions, they stated 48h for processing withdrawals for the verified account and they clearly breach these Conditions. After all that they want to kick me out of the chat as I keep on asking for the response or the manager, last chat was 1h15min long without any added value...
I want my winnings to be paid fairly like I did deposit and used your offer and wagered it fairly and then complied with the verification procedure + I was very patient.
I hope AskGamblers will find solutions for both of us.
