Hi. I have two pending withdrawals with Viggoslots that I requested on the 8th of Novemver 2020, 8000 NOK and 13000 NOK. I have spoken to multiple agents over their live chat service regarding the delay but both withdrawals have not yet reached my account. They blame it on a payment system update, however they will not tell me when I can expect the money. What usually takes just a couple of days now has taken close to two weeks, and it will probavly take longer as we are approaching the weekend. I find this unacceptable.

Alright. I can see there are many other unsatisfied players here from the last few weeks. Next time I would recommend you to inform all players that have pending withdrawals that their withdrawal might take a while. That way you won't be bothered with complaints, both here and on your live chat.
