Dear Askgamblers.com support team,
I signed up at Viggoslots.com on 26th of April and made 2 deposits with my credit card using their welcome bonus. I lost the first deposit and won 400€ with the second one. Since the bonus was wager free I requested a withdrawal of 400€ which was approved and processed on the same day.
Since then I am waiting for the funds to arrive on my credit card.
Documents for KYC were not send since not needed according to live support.
This casino seems to have a history of delaying withdrawals, that is why I am filing this complaint after 8 days (5 bank working days) have elapsed.

I confronted the live support with what I texted above. They told me that I have to deposit via Ecopayz in order to be able to withdraw.
After epic failing of the casino to provide basic payment service, after more than 2 weeks of waiting for my money, the casino really asks me to deposit again.
Well thats what I did, since I see now other chance of getting my money otherwise. I made a 10€ minimum Ecopayz deposit, wagered 10 Euro (lost 8 € to the casino) because they insisted on their money laundering policies, and requested a withdrawal of 402€ to my Ecopayz account.

I am losing my patience here. I received another email from viggoslots.com informing me that the wire transfer is not possible either due to german IBAN restrictions. The only thing restricted are the funds that you refuse to pay. Even better, I was told to withdraw via Ecopayz which I am not able to since this method is not available in my casino account.
Viggoslots.com is unable to pay me via credit card, unable to pay me via wire transfer but demands me to use a method which is not available. This is getting ridiculous. Screenshots are attached.
Viggoslots.com I would like to see a comment on this topic from you here. If you are hoping that I will play my funds down you are mistaken. I will never ever use you website again.
@askgamblers.com you can clearly see that this casino is nowhere near a safe place for players. The casino is not willing or not able to pay me. In either case, casinos that run their buisness like this need to get blacklisted.
