432nzd delayed payment and no communication
I'm kyc verified and have had multiple withdrawals to both withdrawal options available to me but this time I won a bit more then normal and all the sudden they requested kyc variation so tired to re do that and had half the verification continued to say link expired so emailed asking for new link and never herd back and then I had automated email saying I'm fully verify then had automated email saying jeton withdrawal request failed and to try again or via bank transfer witch is not available to me so I tried again to my jeton and with no email to notify me it was rejected again and back in my players account so I tried via coinspaid withdrawal option and it's now been pending for two days.
Since I first made the withdrawal request in question on the 24th I have been trying to contact via live chat and multiple email addresses for them with no reply apart from automated ones. My withdrawal is for $432nzd and was won using no bonus on a $14.18nzd deposit. My past withdrawal request have been approved and paid in a few hours after the request and with no issues but have normally only been for $200nzd or less and iv never had issues with them paying out to my jeton or coinspaid. Now if I try contacting live chat I get disconnected and then can't log back inn for a bit.
