Problem with verification when withdrawing money

Hello on 4.12. 2025, I made a withdrawal at the Vicibet casino. It was an amount of 32,250, which I sent three times.

The casino then asked me to send them some documents for verification. They asked for a photo of my ID card, a selfie with my ID card, an account statement, and a photo of my payment card. I provided them with everything. Finally, they wanted a photo of the back and front of the payment card from which the deposit was made. I sent this too...

When I look at my player account in the verification section, it still says that my card is being verified. It also says that verification can take up to 24 hours, but my card has been verified for more than 150 hours. In total, verification takes more than a month.

When communicating, I only get a blank response from the casino, and the same thing... that they are verifying it. I am a fairly active player and have accounts at several casinos, so I know that the verification process does not take that long. I also used a bonus while playing, but it was a no-roll bonus.

It seems quite unfair to me that they don't want to send me the money I won fairly. I'm attaching a few screenshots. Thank you for your help.
