I am experiencing a serious issue with Vicibet Casino. My withdrawals have been pending for three weeks with the following details:
• ID: 822970241 – €495.00 (February 15)
• ID: 825652125 – €479.00 (February 17)
• ID: 827768457 – €489.00 (February 18)
This represents a total of €1,463.00 currently pending.
To provide more context:
• I have already completed €10,457 in split withdrawals without ever being asked to complete a KYC verification.
• I fully respect the limits set for my VIP level (€500/day and €7,000/month), and none of my individual withdrawals exceed €500.
• The casino policy states a 3 to 5 business-day processing time, which has now been largely exceeded.
• Customer support remains very vague and only asks me to keep waiting.
• I have never claimed any bonus, and I still have a significant amount left to withdraw, over €10,000.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in understanding why these withdrawals are being delayed and in helping to ensure a quick release of my funds.
