I have been playing at this casino for over 1 year and just lost, lost, lost, lost and lost all the time. I am a VIP player and they offer me reload bonuses all the time and on the last one I played I actually managed to win 6500 SEK and tried to withdraw. Verification process is already taken care of. I have been waiting for the money for 11 days now and the just come up with excuses every time I ask them what is going on. At one occasion they claimed that the GAME PROVIDER had selected me for a random security check and this sounds so incredible that is MUST be a total lie.

I see that this casino has a lot of similar complaints and I wish I had seen this before I started to play there. They seem to be a very unfair casino.

It is correct that they have paid out, but they also banned me from using bonuses in the future. I think this is weird, since I lost my first 15-20 deposits and only won money this particular time.
