I played on live roulette last month. Long story short I won £2600 so I made the withdrawal then got asked to verify myself so sent driving licence passport etc then a few days later I received only my money that I deposited not my winnings. A week later I was asked to send bank statement which I have but I have received no updates on when I will receive the remaining balance of £2320 all I get when I ring is put on hold it's driving me crazy as I need this money in my account before this weekend any help would be greatly appreciated
