I have used bovada for 2 years and never had an issue, until requesting a withdrawal of $4700. They froze my account and asked me to call in so I did. Then asked me to fill out the verification doc with cc used and my ID and utility bill so I did. Then asked for me to take a selfie photo holding my ID so I did. This was 9 days ago. The average timeframe is 24-48 hours. I am writing this review Bc I get the same response everytime I reach out. And saw a similar complaint listed on this site from a few months ago. It looks like they still didn't receive their funds. They don't give me an estimated time frame and send the same general email. The general email they send is the exact response they had on this website responding to the similar claim. I just need some sort of leadway. $4700 is a lot of money and I have bills to pay. Can you please help me?
