Having troubles with verification, account closure and withdrawal
I opened an 888 account on the 13th of February 2015. This is the 3 time I have had an account with 888. Previous reasons for closing the account was due to the poor odds of actually winning however I do like to give things another chance.
I actually won that night a total of £528 and was very pleased until I decided to withdraw my winning. At this point I was asked to verify my account. I tried to put in my driving licence details as requested but it would not accept them.
I made calls to customer support who were very unhelpful furthermore they have closed my account due to a comment I made regarding gambling addiction. I did not say or mean that I had a gambling problem.
As it stands I now have a closed account and no idea how I am suppose to withdraw my £528. I think it is a disgrace that I had to email operations and wait up to 72 hours for 888 to explain to me how I get my money. I am absolutely shocked that there is no phone support for an online casino for cases like this.
Other than emails telling me they have receive my emails which included a copy of my driving licence I have had nothing of any use. I have phone customer support approx 12 times since the 13th February and they have been unhelpful yet again promising call backs and emails but delivering nothing.
I received an email yesterday the 17th stating that my withdrawal request has been confirmed however I then receive another email asking me to upload my ID via cashier. As mentioned I do not have access to my account due to 888 closing it.
All I would like is my money. They are quick to take my money but are not good at paying out. I am still non the wiser despite phoning customer support again today who asked me to email them with a copy of my driving licence and that they would forward to operations department. I was told I would receive an email in 20 mins with confirmation. That was 2 hours ago!!
Please help.
