Hello,
I recently set up an 888 account to try the FreePlay offer, went through the wagering requirement and then after some wins and losses I was up £145 which I decided to withdraw, as expected I was asked to verify my ID (told my withdrawal had been declined and sent to bankroll) so I uploaded my passport and got an email to say it had been approved and that I could proceed with withdrawals etc,

I then went to withdraw the £145 again and after 2 days got another email saying it had been declined and that I needed to upload my passport for verification, I emailed support to say that I had already done this and been approved but as yet haven't heard back,

Today I uploaded my passport again in case it was an error and got an email to say it had been approved again,

I don't want to try & withdraw the money at the risk of getting declined again and potentially blocked but don't seem to be getting anywhere hearing from support either,

Any ideas, I'd like to be able to withdraw the money and have some confidence that any future winnings I'll actually be able to get hold of,

This has now been sorted, I got an email from Customer Services confirming the ID had been successful and the funds will be in my account within 7 days...fingers crossed!
