Payment delayed for too long, awaiting the process to finalize

I need some help regarding vegasoo casino, i have been waiting for 30 days for my cashout, the cashout is about 3500$ and all they do is say they escalate it and that its top priority, this is all they say about this issue but they never do anything about it. All the documents are verified and everything should be ok. They promised me 9 march that i would get them and now its 1 month later but still nothing. Please help
