Withdrawal pending for 10+ days
I have requested a withdrawal of £307 on the 27th on November and unfortunately is still pending .
I have spoken unlimited times with the online support team and i have sent multiple emails but they always reply saying that the relevant team will contact me as soon as they have any updates.
I have withdrawn multiple times in the past from other Genesis group casinos and had no issues but Vegas Hero is really unprofessional.
I questioned them if i should send any docs in order to speed up the process but they replied that they do not need anything but therefore they do not approve my withdrawal.
Also it was just a £30 deposit so any investigations for fraudulent activity is just ridiculous but even if that was the case they should have given me an update.
I have enough emails and screenshots from the online chat to use as a proof that they have no reasons to withhold my money and they do not give a valid reason why this is happening.
I would really appreciate if Ask gamblers could help me sort out the issue as it is really frustrating and unfair.
