i made a deposit for 50% plus 30 free spins the following day.
the following day i played the free spins won about £17.
i was playing got up to around £300.
when i was trying to fins wagering my account was saying no bonus money or anything in account even though i was on around £300.
so i made a deposit to see if that changed things.
i turned my deposit into £200 roughly then there was the £300 on free spins money.
Then my account went to around £500 cash i must have got through wagering so the £300 was converted to cash.
now i had read the terms and i thought i had read maximum win £100 off free spins the impression i got was £100 off the actual free spins ( i could be wrong but i thought that is what i read ).
i cariied on playing for a few days got to £600 then withdrew.
A few days goes by i log into my account and there was a £100 i looked at history my £600 withdrawal was cancelled and they put £100 in my account.
They sent me a term saying max withdrawal from free spins is £100.
if this is the case i had £200 cash plus £100 from free spin plus £100 i won after would mean i have £400 not the £100 they gave me.
this happened the 18th or 19th of july.
when i look at bonus terms it says last updated 20th of july i am suspicious that the term £100 win of the actual free spins was changed to £100 max withdrawal but i am not certain of this if that is the case i should get the £500 back.
If i am wrong i should get £300 back.
They were corresponding at first with me by email but i have now heard nothing for 4 days and suspect that i wont ,
i would like to know what terms were changed on the 20th of july and would like a refund for either £300 or £500 depending which one os correct

I have been to speak to the relevant department and they have sent your gameplay to the provider for a second review. Once this has been checked and I have an update I will inform you straight away :)

I have just heard back from the relevant department and they have informed that that some of the winnings came from your deposit and not the bonus. Due to this, your balance is not available on your account ready to withdraw.

i have just checked my account and have recieved the funds.
i would like to thank vegasheros for there swift actions by rectifying there mistake.
i thank ask gamblers for giving me a voice to ask vegas heros to rectify there mistake.
