Since May when I opened an account they blocked my account as soon as I tried making a withdrawal. I have sent what they have required for verification purposes and have been continuously palmed away with the ‘relevant department’ will email you soon. I have been trying to contact them via email for the last 2 weeks and have been continuously palmed away also. It seems like robots are replying to me. I have a balance of £332 with them. Attached is some screenshots of live chats where I was told I would hear from them, I haven’t.
