I won some Money back on the 23rd of March, and withdrew the money. Next day i get an email to verify the account and send documents, which i did that same day. I have waited and sent emails, and been on live chat several times. i have been told that it would be escalated, which was 2 weeks ago. and today i have been told that the Routine checks are taking longer, but they couldn't say why it is currently taking longer. Never received the Money which was just shy of £300
