I have sent documents that they requested 8 days ago and still no response from them about the verification, did not get my money to this day. Live chat is unavailable and email response is generic or none.
I can understand that it can take three days or more to verify, but 8 days is too much. SInce I am having same issues with a sister website I had to file a complaint and I hope for it to be resolved. Tried emailing them first so it doesn't come to this!
