Delayed payment and Account closed
During the the dates of 26th to 29th of November 2020 I requested to withdraw multiple times as well as cancelled pending payments multiple times. I ended up withdrawing two lots of 2300.00(2270 minus fees ) then my last one of $1000.00 (980 after fees ) - so once i stopped playing in total i had 2 x $2300.00 NZD and 1 x $1000.00 NZD in pending withdrawals with vegashero.
When i went to check on this the next day 30/11/20 - my account was blocked and i was unable to log in and was refered to Live chat - where they then told me they have processed a withdrawal of $1000.00 ( please note this was my last and newest withdraw ) and after multiple times of asking what has happened with my other two lots of 2300.00 NZD they finally proceeded to tell me that $4600.00 was sitting in my funds in my account which is now blocked and still blocked to this day. i have been on chat every single day since the 30/11/20 to ask for updates and furthur information and if they need furthur documentation - every single time i was told its a different department and that they have limited access to my account. i questioned why they canceled my pending withdraws of 2 x $2300.00 but processed my $1000.00 with little or no explanation but refered back to that my account is ging throw routine secuirty checks and everything is okay and they will email me once there is an update - they told me this everyday. i have emailed them documentation and got no reply plus questioning what is going on with no reply - i have had 0 reponse from email.
i feel i have been fair and reasonable on my end with the time frame given before this complaint given that the max withdrawal time they state on their terms and conditions is 72 hours. i would think 96 hours would be extrememely busy times - but we are now talking 9-10 days of little to no progress or communication.
i wish my account to be reopened as well as my two withdrawals to be processed as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you need anymore SS of anything as i have multiple livechat sent to my email.
