VegasHero Casino - Declined refund, no communication in over 2 weeks

I have been able to deposit, play, verify and submit a withdrawal on this site and only at withdrawal stage have they had a problem. I've posted all ID including extra hoops I. Jumped through which were verified on 31st December 2018.

Since recieving an email about explaining a charge back on another one of their sites spinit casino I've had no correspondence from them. I do Not understand what that has to do with this site even if owned by the same group as its a different site and one I had no idea was linked.

Anyway, I made a withdrawal for £600 and said to Them of its that much of a problem take the £50 charge off of my figure and refund £550 to me Instead. Ive now sent 3+ emails to both support and complaints which I've had confirmed by live chat have been recieved. However 2 weeks of emails I haven't had any reply, not even one saying its still being reviewed.

I've done everything to be fair and patient but after 2 weeks I feel this is a farce. Live chat are useless and can't help me, all they say is that its pending with no time frames given but on the website it says 48 hours. The casino process is terrible and I want my £550 winnings or at worst case my £325 deposits.

This company was quick to take my money and I guarantee I'd have had no email saying about this other site thing if I'd have lost money, which is wrong. I now remember the other sites issue too as it was very similar to this one. I registered with same details and card was able to Play and had my winnings confiscated when on spinit. I think that was for around £600 to £800 area off a £50 deposit too, hence the refund request. As I didn't get my fairly won money. I think.Both of the times I've been unfairly treated and would actually like them to send me both winnings from spinit and Vegas hero. It's not my problem their system is rubbish and doesn't recognise the same registration details, name postcode dob, ip. It's just a con and one they do this with when people win. I feel I have operated fairly and have had winnings unjustly confiscated, the winnings of 600 from Vegashero and when i was on spinit too. Please if. Possible do. Something about getting me this money as I am Just being ignored by them.
