Vave withholding my withdrawals
Vave.com withholding My 7,700 TRX withdrawal – days of delays, account restrictions, and empty promises
Hello AskGamblers,
I'm submitting this complaint regarding Vave.com, which has withheld my TRX withdrawals totaling 7,700 TRX for over 4 days now, despite my full compliance with verification and multiple reassurances from support agents.
🔹 My Situation:
I submitted three withdrawals on May 31, 2025:
5,000 TRX
1,200 TRX
1,500 TRX

I promptly completed all ID verification requirements, including submitting:
Photo ID (Driver’s License), passport, proof of address (utility bill) (Email screenshot attached)
Despite this, I’ve received no actual payout — only vague responses like:
“Your withdrawal is under review.”
“You're in the priority queue.”
“It’s with the finance department” (Multiple chat screenshots provided)
🔹 Account Restrictions:
In addition to non-payment, Vave has lowered my betting limits significantly and completely without a clear explanation.
Support cited generic sportsbook policies with no specific reason.

🔹 My Concerns:
I feel I’m being deliberately stalled, despite doing everything right.
I’ve remained polite, patient, and fully compliant, as seen in the attached chats.
I’m now experiencing account access issues.
🔹 My Request:
Immediate release(payment)of my 7,700 TRX
Reinstatement of normal account access
Honest communication and timely resolution
🔹 Supporting Evidence Attached:
1. Screenshot of the 3 pending withdrawals
2. Chat conversations with Tony, Fred, Frederick, and Jean
3. Email verification request + my reply
4. Betting limit restriction response
I still believe this can be resolved fairly and professionally, and if so, I’m willing to leave a positive review and update this complaint accordingly.
