Delaying my 4535 EUR withdrawal without timeframe
Hello AskGamblers Team,
On the 19th of September 2025, I won €4,535 at Ursacasino. I immediately requested a withdrawal for the full amount.
On the 25th of September 2025, I received an email from Ursacasino stating that my withdrawal had failed due to an error on the payment provider’s side. I contacted their support and was advised to provide my bank details along with a bank statement so they could process the withdrawal manually. I followed their instructions and submitted the required documents.
After sending everything, I waited several days, but nothing happened. I contacted support again via live chat and was told my payment was “in queue.” Now, 6 days have passed since that response. Earlier today, I reached out once more, but the casino could not provide me with any timeframe for when my withdrawal would be handled.
I am filing this complaint because the withdrawal process has taken far too long. I believe my case is being unnecessarily delayed, and I am not receiving clear or fair updates. I kindly ask AskGamblers to publish this complaint so that Ursacasino takes immediate action and pays out my winnings without further excuses.
