Hi made a request for a withdrawal of 950 USD which was processed on the 19092017 and now as of today they still haven't paid complaining of their third party processors .Over 100 emails sent ..have requested swift confirmations ten times and now they want me to prove I haven't received it by providing a statement since 19092017 even though they confirmed it was processed only 05102017..any help would be great

Great news.. How can we pre-empt any set backs this time ? I believe a different processor is being used capable of wiring to Europe? I will wait patiently for the 27/10/2017 albeit 6 weeks later.Thanks again.
